Return & Exchange
SAYOUI’s Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through www.sayouii.com. All sales of e-vouchers, gift cards, accessories and items marked as “Sale” are final. These “Sale” items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in brand new condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and be in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that after this period, we will be less likely to entertain the return/exchange of the item(s).
Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follow:
1. There is defect in our merchandise.
2. Wrong merchandise shipped.
Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
For clothings, a difference of 0.5”-1” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
Dissatisfaction (Cannot fit / not as expected / low quality). Please note that “Sale” items are not eligible for return and exchange due to dissatisfaction.
Please write to us at sayouiinternational@gmail.com stating the invoice number and our team will contact you via email within the next 48 hours.
For items that are deem defected by SAYOUI, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock. In the event that the item is out of stock, an exchange voucher will be issued.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. SAYOUI strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns / exchanges.
Please note that returns / exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. SAYOUI reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
